Respectively, you kept on saying “you” a lot. As if he, Paul, is to blame. I’m not saying he is or isn’t. I’m sure someone else designed the website with his approval though. But critiqutizing a website in that manaor isn’t, well, polite.
A client recently mentioned to me that "you" is an attack word. (There's even a grammatical thing called "the accusative case" and "you" is in the accusative in the sentence 'I see what you did.')
See if this sounds like an accusation:
When you wrote 'respectively," you probably meant "respectfully."
