Isn’t the poe kit only like $100? What price would not be crazy? $20

A pro is what $200 and the poe kit $100 add $50 for a poe injector. So $350 an AP? Add $100 Labor each a 3 pack pro installed would be what $1350.

Throw in $100 a year for eero plus. Seems like your getting a pretty good system for the price. Big step up to go to Meraki or Ruckus

I have used Eero 5 times. I have the ap on my phone so it's easy to see if there's any issues. One of my customers showed a Beacon off line and it turns out it had been unplugged by her son to plug in his phone charger.
Only issue is they apparently can only handle 30 devices at a time and sometimes thats an issue.

30 devices with heavy usage is the recommendation , the normal limit is 128.

I have no issue with Eero APs or their software, just the crazy price on POE+ mounting bracket. I have used external POE/power splitter for nest cameras too. NBD.
Aruba is the same way, have to buy some shitty mounting bracket.
I may be schizophrenic, but at least I have each other.

I dont think $100 is out of line especially since its done so well. Have you guys seen the current Ruckus APs? The 610 i saw at training looked like a 56k modem from 1995. Off white glossy plastic.

Eero is much better looking imo.

I just pulled older Ruckus APs from a project that reminded me of old white Bell motorcycle helmets. Lol! I miss external antennas and the range they offered. This internal crap is the pits.
