So very glad I'm done dealing with Crestron. I can't count the number of times I called their tech support and while on the line for 45 minutes I figured out the solution myself (always changes in software or a how to scenario). I always felt slimy after talking with their reps too.

Does latency matter if the house video is all distribution? And what is it between devices? That would be the bigger concern IMO.

I do love the total off axis angle for the JAP solution. That always makes the blacks really stand out!

Purely aesthetic, tech and sales rarely merge. Not against having fun at all- this is just a greasy situation. Crestron video is 3 months old, had I not seen it here I may not have seen it at all. For them to throw names out there is staggering, but then to use terse adjectives on top of that is just too far.

I ate lunch (dine-in) at. Hardee’s yesterday and noticed all afternoon I smelled like a toilet. This morning I put my jacket on and got in the van- SAME SMELL (the “beast”). The irony of this coupled with the videos is impossible to shake off.

I can tell you from experience that if you have any issues with a Crestron product, They will send advanced tech support to the site NO CHARGE. Cant vouch for what these other companies do but I doubt you will get the product support that Crestron gives
