Unfortunately its clear that they didn't read the instruction manual or bother to set anything up on the Just Add Power parts. Here is a video from Just Add Power demoing the tests crestron did.
I have a lot of thoughts about this but can't really articulate them this second. I do know that this industry is ran by a-holes in charge of a-holes that market to a-holes; and we, CI's, are the-in-the-trenches-guinea-pigs while others get rich. I absolutely hate it.
BWD, what is your best guess at what Crestron did to make the video appear like that on the JAP gear? I mean, we've been using it for years now and I know nothing other than running the config tool.
And On top of rigging their test, creation doesn’t include beef jerky with their orders either.

Don't even have to watch the entire video or pay attention to the results/specs. It takes people with ZERO class to call out competitors, by name, and deliberately try to knock em down. They can easily have done the video to showcase their own product without trying to put bad press out there for their competitors. What a bunch of classless douchebags.
