What is your preferred music server?

I've been using the Autonomic MMS-2A with success and I love the functionality, build quality and reliability. However, since Snap bought them, I need to look elsewhere.

I appreciate your perspective.

Any Particular reason you need to change because Snap bought them? The service and support is just as good as it always has been... if not better.

That being said, we do a lot of Bluesound nowadays. great product and outstanding C4 integration if you do that.

My experience with Snap service was not as good as yours. The bigger issue for me was being treated very unprofessionally by some Snap folks concerning my account.

I've been looking at Bluesound and really like the looks of the Vault 2. It seems like a great unit at a great price point.

Problem with BlueSound is pandora is not an option along with some other major streaming services, which is a shame because I would move to BlueSound in a heartbeat.

The vault is amazing though if a client has an extensive CD collection

Why not move up the food chain at Snap and see if they can make it better? If you were treated unprofessionally, I'm sure management would like to know about that.

We strive to have the absolute best customer service and tech support around. Losing a customer due to our service is unacceptable for us. At the very least I would like to make sure that we can improve for the future.

I agree with you and normally I provide feedback to management, both positive AND negative. I was told that multiple "VPs" were consulted about my account and that they didn't want my business. I have other options through distribution and I'm not going to beg Snap to reinstate my account.

Fusion has been good for us, though SqueezeBox is iffy. Have heard good reviews on these too- https://s1digital.com/
