So had a takeover job. One of the last things I was tying up was getting his ic realtime app working again on the phones. I had it all good to go, can view the cameras on and off the network. There is only 3 cameras. In the 4 pane view the 3 show up fine. Until you exit the app or do a force quit I should say. When you load the app again all the cameras are gone from the 4 pane view and I have to hit the + symbol and add them all again. I see no option anywhere to save it so it stops doing that. It's ridiculous that he has to manually add each camera back every time he uses the app. Am i missing something in the setup of the app to stop this from happening or is this just how it is? I even added the cameras as favorites but that did nothing.
