Have run into a couple of jobs where the Bell Fibe remotes are Bluetooth. Are any of their receivers IR anymore ?

You can disable bluetooth by removing remote batteries and rebooting box. You can use a particular Arris code set to control it by IR once Bluetooth is disabled.
Note that the other non PVR Fibe box uses a different code set all together.
Furthermore if you keep the DVR unplugged and put batteries into the Bluetooth remote, it will send out IR signals that can be captured

The IR codeset for DVR is Motorolla VIP5662. Non DVR is VIP2262
