In need of a small TV, that is of good quality, that can decode Dolby. One needs to be no more that 16" in height with stand 17 1/2" without stand

I am using distributed HDMI over Cat6. With the older Samsung, it will not decode the Dolby, so I only get left and right audio, no voice.

You need a tv that is taller without a stand than it is with a stand?
