Have a customer who has a Door King gate intercom. During the day he latches it open for the trades. but wants to be able to close the gate remotely from an app. Or call the controller. Is this possible to do?

Looked into this and too many calls to the controller for this customer. He has had a few people trespassing and would prefer to lock out any exiting from the gate until he had time to call the police.
