Okay I've got this problem that I can not figure out and my customer is about to return the TV. When the Samsung DLP, Integra Receiver, and Samsung Sat receiver are turned on via an IR macro the picture becomes garbage, all distored like a bunch of puzzle pieces out of order. When switching inputs on the TV and going back to the input the Sat receiver was on the picture goes back to normal. We have had the Samsung Techs out at this customers house for weeks replacing everything in the TV and still no luck! Has anyone had this problem? If so what did you do to fix it? Keep in mind I have replaced everything including the Sat receiver and the Integra Receiver still no luck!

Try the following. Leave the Sat receiver on all the time. It sounds like a sync issue between the TV and the Sat receiver. There is no advantage to turning the Sat on and off.

Greg, well aware of that and I never program macros to turn the sat receiver off, only on, so thats definately not the problem.

What happens if you leave the TV on the correct input and then power the sat box off and then back on - make that part of the macro? assuming you have discretes to do this...you've probably already tried it but you never know...
