Somehow we are locked out of the panel in our showroom. It's been working for years with no issues. I went to program something in today, and the install code does not work. I tried everything. The panel is connected to control4, and still works. We have 2 partitions on it. We never changed the code. Has anyone ever seen this happen? I think the only thing we can do is get another panel. If anyone knows of a way back in, please let us know. Thanks.

Have you tried to power cycle the panel? can you get into programming with the C4 interface?

Also, are both partitions disarmed?

Chris,
Yes, both partitions are disarmed.
We also power-cycled the panel.
It's very strange.

You said you never changed the code. Just to clarify, does that mean you never changed the code from default? If so, you said it was in a showroom. Open to the public? Many people know the default codes to alarm panels. Possible someone came thru your showroom and changed something without you knowing: Ex-employee, competitor, employee that did it as a joke and forgot they did (you said it has been years).

Brad, the showroom is also a home. We did change the default installer password. No one knew it. There is no chance anyone could have changed it.

One possible issue...
The panel is showing a ground fault. I have found this to mean the circuit board is somehow touching the metal panel.
Is it possible you cannot enter programming if there is a ground fault?
