OvrC and other remote monitoring platforms make it simple to reboot 120V devices. What about rebooting POE devices.
Short of rebooting the entire POE switch, how do you remote reboot POE devices plugged in to that switch?

If it's not simple, it's not sufficiently advanced. |

What I'd really like to to do is schedule a POE port reboot. Come on Snap! Next update?

You can do that with different MFGs as well. Cisco for example. Not as easy as OVRC but it's there. I.I'm sure other MFGs allow it as well -- look for enable/disable PoE.
Personally all I use anymore is Araknis -- just easy using OVRC app.

OvrC does let you do that with their managed PoE switches, but I don't think you can reboot the individual ports on one of their NVRs...anyone know for sure? It would be nice to be able to reboot a camera that's hung up without having to power cycle the entire box.
I've thought about getting a separate OvrC switch to be able to do this, but I would think their parts *should* be able to do this.
