Just wanted to throw a shout-out to Brent and Ethereal for getting us an HDMI switch that DOESN'T have RF noise like every other one we've tested. Our RF brains work again!
Great support and product...we're on board.

When you call afterhours expecting to leave a message and the phone gets answered while said individual is having dinner with family and the problem gets resolved is unheard of and question the sanity of said individual! ;)
You then get a return call the next morning at opening bell to place the order, actually the order was ready to be shipped and they just needed to know where too, it does not get any better than that.
By the way that project is still up and running without incident over two years now!
What more could one ask for in this jacked up industry.
