BlackWire Introduces Apps for Control4 T3 Touch Screens

BlackWire is pleased to announce a new custom interface app platform for Control4 systems that will help you extend your Control4 system as never before. Our first app is Remote Finder Pro, a simple and easy to use app for finding your lost Control4 System Remotes controls. Remote Finder Pro works on Control4 T3, iOS, and Android.

📝 Features

  • Quick Install - The driver can and configured in under a minute and can be customized to show as many or as few remotes as necessary
  • Compatible with the following Control4 System Remotes: SR150, SR250, and SR260.
  • Uses Control4 Experience Button to show interface in T3 Navigators
  • Page any remote in the project
  • Runs on iOS and Android by generating a URL that can be saved to the phone or tablet’s home screen
  • Shows the current battery level (updated every 5 minutes)
  • Auto Trial and Dealer Demo Ready

We're thrilled about our new platform and will be announcing new apps for the Control4 system in the future.

❤️ Bonus Driver 🕶

As a bonus we're also releasing a Generic URL Driver for T3 touchscreens. Use this simple driver to turn any T3 touch screen into a web browser. You can set a default URL as well as set the URL in programming.

🤑 Pricing

Remote Finder Pro - $50 MSRP
Generic URL Driver - $10 MSRP

Both of these drivers require C4 OS 2.10 and up.

Agreed!

My first though is to point them to the LiftMaster site, essentially replicating what, to my understanding, the Annex4 driver does. I have never used that particular driver though.

Correct. The Generic URL driver can be used to go to any web page and use its interface. Its just browsing a web page on the T3 at that point. That is how the driver you are referencing works as well.

Yes remote finder is very slick. Been using it for a week and it has been solid. One client got a real kick when I demoed my system to him!

Kevin what other apps can we look for in the future? Any ideas in the works?
I love supporting product that supports me!
