I use SCP. Cat6 and RG6Q solid copper. No complaints.

That's what I did...they didn't get back to me for the ICE.....so I ordered 3 boxes of snap CAT5....never again..20 deg weather...jackets cracking....snap said o well...I should have known, I had issues years ago

Haha, that's exactly what happened with me right down to having issues in the past. Didnt buy their wire for a loooong time (actually bought some coax, wasnt bad) but wouldnt touch anything else.

Then over on IP some guys were saying the wire had gotten a lot better, blah blah....I bit that bait and learned a lesson.

Uh just about any cable manufacturer will tell you not to install Cabling in freezing temperatures.

BerkTek, which is a well known CAT cable manufacturer in the commercial world, even has issues with cold temps.

Ice Cable! Both my local distys say they are moving to direct only (i think its a mistake for ice todo that) In a pinch I got some Honeywell cable from ADI. Although its better then Snaps wire its pretty terrible next to ICE.

Ive tried Windy City because I liked the cart system but their wire was no better then snaps and it seemed to tangle more then it should have. Liberty's cable is nice but pricey and I dont think its nearly as nice as ICE's.

A few years ago I had an issue with ICE's cat6 where the orange pair was twisted too tight and was broke in some areas. It required rewiring the 2nd floor and was a huge PITA. ICE took the bullet and covered the labor and then some in the form of a product credit. Ice very much cares about the industry and us. its evident in their boxes and cable. The best part is they really are not priced much differently from their competitors!

For me it wasn't a temperature issue.

Exactly...My ICE sat in my van in freezing temps for years and never had an issue like snaps...I don't think temp is the only issue with snap wire or products for that matter.

Also snap was more expensive!!!

ICE!! I'm pretty lucky since we're in L.A. I believe they have the best wire available. I bugged them to start making 500' bare copper quad shield and they finally did! So much nicer and lighter than 1k boxes. They deliver right to my job sites, sweet!
I used to use Avad's private label years go (I forgot the name) and it was on par with ICE but they started selling SCP and I didn't like it. The cat6 was stiff and just didn't seem it was on the same level as ICE's cat6. This was three or four years ago, so maybe they've changed, but I'm not changing over from ICE unless something drastic changes my customer base and I'd have to adjust things.
I also tried Snaps Binary and tossed it in the trash, this was a couple of years ago though.
My 2 cents...
