Sorry I have not updated this. I just wanted to say thank you. It means a lot. It was about this time last year when Fiona started having health issues.
She spent nearly 8 months in the hospital in Orlando, they live in Leesburg (1 hour drive plus stupid FL tolls), she had a bone marrow transplant, and still has to have test done every month. Her parents are actually her grand parents. On top of the leukemia, their home had a sink hole underneath it. They were not allowed to reenter their home and finally have it fixed. They returned home at the end of summer.
We visited with them in October and they were very grateful for the donations. They couldn't believe the out pouring of help they received. The donations went to gas, meals, and other items needed when staying for days at a time in the hospital. Fortunately, insurance is stepping up and covering the medical bills north of $1m.
Fiona is not 100%, but she is doing better everyday. Thanks again.
