Hey guys,

I just put together a blog post about the Google Guarantee.  In select cities,  Google is offering a GUARANTEED service for Home Service businesses.  They'll cover up to $2000 on a service if a customer is unsatisfied.  Why is this important, because it's making dramatic changes in the ways potential customers choose a home service provider.

At this time AUDIO/VIDEO/ Smart Home,etc. isn't included.  Currently,  it's  electricians, locksmiths, garage door guys, plumbers.    But I can see this coming to the AV industry so I wanted to give you guys a heads up on it so you're prepared.
