I have 2 trialthalon shades in my office and main repeater.
I want to create a way to have them both respond to an integration signal.

From HAI I have linked IDs to each shade but I have to 'dim' each shade individually.
Pico does have grouping but I haven't found a way to simulate Pico.

I can program If/Then statements but obviously don't want to have to do each one of the 100 variables.

Anyway to assign phantom device/dimmer or some sort of when one shade does x, have shade #2 also do x?

You mean like how you can do with Somfy shades? ;)

Assign the shades to a keypad or Pico button press. Trigger the button press event in HAI. I don't know how extensive the Lutron integration suite is for HAI but for any other control system this is trivial.

Lutron integration protocol is here: [Link: lutron.com]

Mario, Create a phantom button on the main repeater that controls both shades (I think you can have up to 100 of them).  Once you have this scene created, find it's integratoin ID and trigger that from HAI.

I can and use phantom buttons but it doesn't allow me to randomly choose percentage.
I want to be able to set them to 15%, 17%, 22%, 25%, 42%, etc
For single shade, I simply tell Alexa to set Office left window to 53%.
But currently I have to do that individually to each shade.

Can I 'marry' a switch and have shades match the % of the light level of the dummy /nonexistent switch?

Do you have them in C4? There's a shade group driver if so.

Yes, but stupid C4 and Alexa does NOT allow for set percentage levels.
I can do it with the lights but not shades.

So, I created dummy HAI dimmer in C4 that's tied into Lutron Shade and that allows me to say "Alexa, set Left Office Shade to 40%".

That works for individual loads -- I'm trying to figure out how to make it work for groups.

I haven't created groups in Alexa, but is it possible to set it up the way you did with the phantom HAI dimmer and do the grouping in Alexa? Or are you looking for control from the C4 system and not just Alexa?

It's been Leviton for some time now.
For us old timers, it'll always be HAI :-)

HAI being sold to Leviton was the worst thing that could happen to the product.
Zero innovation or advancements in last 5+ years, sans the TS 7" (which sucks) or the Room Controller (which replaced soft rubber membrane ones that had contact points wearing out too quickly).

M, I can set up groups in both C4 and Alexa, but I can't issue random percentage instructions.

Another option would be the Lutron bridge - Alexa would be talking directly to Lutron.

I'll test it later today and let you know.

Have you looked at the 3rd party Alexa driver for C4? You should be able to use it to control a C4 shade group and use "set", "raise", and "lower" voice commands.
