Customer service is no longer any kind of priority with them. Dealing with the credit dept is like having a case of the.....

I slowly have less and less need for them in my business.

If anyone knows anyone that cares there, PM me an email or phone number.

I think most of the industry abandoned them years ago.

I ordered a parasound amp last month and they completely botched the order. After it getting corrected I called them and asked to have my account closed. I have to sign a form and mail it back to them. Eff that.

Ron Burger at the Charlotte branch handles every request like the professionals this organization was when I started 15 years ago.

Yes I've had very good experiences with the Mississauga branch as well. They've made mistakes but everyone does and for me it's how they are dealt with. It's too bad your branch is shit.

It’s been awhile since I’ve dealt with the Calgary branch but whenever I have they’ve always looked after me.

The incompetence and stupidity at A*i and Tr*-E* in Winnipeg is actually impressive, thank god the R&D project got shelved because we would’ve had to go direct with the suppliers to make it work.

The way the whole thing is run is like they want to make it hard to purchase from them.

In addition to all the other issues, the website absolutely blows. It's supposed to be a redesigned site but it's so disconnected it's retarded. I'll bet a 6th grader can watch you tube and build a more functional site.

On top of that, they recently sent a notice that password was expiring and needed to be changed. I ignored it because I rarely use them but I just tried to login and I couldnt. They tell you to then use the password reset link, so I click on that and it askes for your email address (ok) but also asks for you customer number to resend the link. Guess what, I cant login to get my customer number so I can reset the password!
LOL, the most ass backwards company i've ever seen, You would think that after a year or 2 they would get their act together but this kind of sh!t has been their normal operating procedure for as long as I can remember.

The guys at Scottsdale are great. Even after having been moved 4 times to new buildings in the past 5 years. AVAD has been sold to my knowledge 3 times in the past 8-10 years twice in 2-3 years.

That kind of confusion just makes things worse, Call the corporate office and ask to talk to dustin, he's the most helpful person in the company I've ever met.

If you want better service then use a non national company that that the employees are the owners too.

You don't expect the cashier's at mcdonalds to care (some do) why should you expect every AVAD employee to care.
