The best evaluation of these I've heard is that the owner (a client) has one for home and it's a love-hate relationship. He HATES using it but it's the only ladder he needs for his residence. Come to think of it, he moved recently and that ladder is not at the new two-story location. Maybe he's decided he's too old for that crap!
It is a love/hate thing.
I love how stable that big monster is, but hate that it's SO heavy.
Loaned it to my neighbor, who is older than me, one time. Not surprised that he never asked again.
