We have been a dealer since 2004/5. Sold a boat load of it. Now I am receiving phone calls, texts, and emails all day long because my clients can't figure out the app. And to top it off, we are in our busiest time of the year. I have to tell them to watch the videos in the app, or search youtube. Not how I want to do things, but we are slammed and this app garbage is making my life complete hell. If I could guess about 85% of my clients hate the app, and about 50% of them cannot work it. Most of my clients are over the age of 50, but either way, this shouldn't be this difficult to handle.

I also like how mine just stops playing randomly. Sometimes in the middle of a song. The thing is hard wired to my router and has been for years. But with this latest update, it's having issues.

Same here. For some reason, a couple of the other streaming devices we have tested have had this issue in my particular environment (Play-Fi and Heos). Sonos never did for years until the last couple weeks...aaaaaaaaand the app is absolutely horrible. Took me 5 minutes to search and try to find a difficult-to-locate station on TuneIn the other day. If it is tough for someone in the industry to use, it's a problem.

When yall stay is "stops" do you mean it pauses? Then picks right back up where it was? IE, its at 2:27 minutes in a song, stops, then a 5-15 seconds later it picks right back up at 2:27? Or does the song actually stop, then when it comes back playing, its on to the next song? Or you have to hit play again?
I ask because I have one job where streaming sources, on an SNP-2 and DMS set up, not Sonos, pauses, then plays again. URC and I have spent over an hour on this issues still with no results.

I can agree that the new Sonos isn't what is used to be but it's still the best thing out there IMO. Haven't had any music dropping or stopping using Spotify/Rhapsody/Amazon/Apple/Sirius streaming.

I am wondering if this is strictly a Pandora issue. But looking g for confirmation from other that had the issue. My head is going in this direction given Pandora restricted the ability for Sonos to sort by name and now just by recently played date.

...and the side volume buttons on my phone work only occasionally. Today they don't work. A few days ago, they did. :/
