When possible, I run a length of 14-2 SO cable from the rig to the display. Keep it a minimum of 18" away from ANY low voltage cabling. Put on the appropriate plug/receptacle ends, ( I use Pass & Seymour) and plug the male end into a Monster Cable power conditioner back at the rack. I hate MC, but they do have decent power conditioners at an acceptable price. I wire a duplex box at the rack, with an isolated ground, 12GA 20A circuit at the service panel, with it's very own circuit breaker.

hope this was helpful.

I'm curious what you mean by this? Basically all residential wiring is isolated ground. Unless you happen to be in a steel building with conduit.

On almost every install we use a leviton 5380IG. This is a great piece of equipment. We have installed hundreds of these and have had zero problems. Als have use panamax MIW, but not a big fan.
