I have a bunch of these that have all started not connecting to client's phones any longer.
Tech support was a "see who can hold out the longest on hold" session.
Anybody experiencing the same thing?

The second item, yes. I've been on hold with Panasonic re phone systems for more than an hour, more than once, but in the distant past.
Re the first item, model number might matter. Even just mentioning the camera technology might matter.

Might be an issue with icddns. Your thread reminded me I have a site where I tried to get their DNS to register a custom domain name but it kept saying "fail to connect" or something similar. Luckily it's a job site so it wasn't critical mass to get it working before the holiday weekend. Come to think of it it wouldn't register or update using the factory default either.

It's a hacked dvr. You're going to have to go over there and update firmware and redo the setup.
I had to fix about 2 dozen of them.
