I installed a Russound A-Bus system and have a Sony STR-DE197 receiver that I'm using as a Tuner and input selector. I cannot get the MX700 to accept any codes from the original remote. The MX700 confirms the code as accepted OK and when I send a test there is a talkback on the IR receiver, but the codes do not work. I only need 4 buttons from that remote. Any ideas. The remote model is RM-U185 and is laveled "AV System2".
I also downloaded a plethora of Sony codesets and still can't find a working codeset.

That receiver is Sony codeset "2".
