It's a piece of wire in a plastic shell, with an RF amplifier. Same setup with different shapes that have been selling for the last 20+ years under dozens & dozens of brands.
Before the 'cool' plastic shell, it was just amplified rabbit ears for 20 years before that.

What exactly is there to want to know about it?
Other than the stupid price they are trying to charge people for it, it works like every other one of these 'amplified rabbit ears in a plastic shell'

Because not a lot of people care about off-air anymore.
And this product in particular, is a marketing hype to way over charge people $35 for a cheap antenna.
Here is the same thing, under Channel Master brand for $10:
