Client has a pair of DSP 2-150. They were taken out of service (working fine daily) for a house move. Factory boxes and bags for the move. Upon setting up in the new house months later, one of the amps won't connect to the network. No heartbeat light on the network port when ethernet is unplugged like the working one. It seems to have partially defaulted on settings, it appears to be in full-time power-on mode, but it's only taking input from the #2 inputs.

I can't find any info about some type of reset procedure, does anyone know a trick? Or do I just need to get an RMA on Monday?

Sadly, no DHCP reset utility is available. Would start with running through common ip schemes on your laptop til you hit it...

For the record, here's how you do a factory reset on a Sonance DSP 2-150 (and probably other DSP amps):

Use a small flat bladed screwdriver to set the left channel front gain knob all the way counter-clockwise. Turn the right channel front gain knob all the way clockwise. Make sure they are fully against the stops.

Power the amp off for 20 seconds. Power the amp on. You should see the channel lights go red then green, then the main power light blink then the channel lights change some more. After 2 minutes, power cycle the amp again. It should now be factory reset and in DHCP mode.

This one was still not showing up on some network scans (angry ip and windows) for some reason, but fing saw it and it seems to be working fine.

Good deal!
