Putting together an upscale home theatre room for a client. I'm looking for a designer that can put together drawings and renderings. Who would you recommend?

Acoustic Innovations? I was pretty impressed with their design services as well as their install team on a killer theater we worked on a few years ago. Too bad the clients changed their minds about moving here after 3 weeks and sold the house and moved back "home".

I do it myself in google sketchup. Not totally perfect, but good enough that the client will know what the room will look like, and good enough of a rendering to build from.

The customers usually pick out their own carpet, they usually seem proud of themselves for contributing.

Colors are the hardest part. I have someone that puts together idea boards with different color combinations.

We use CinemaTech as well. A good group to work with and they will do the install as well. I've been very happy with the process. I am working on another small (11.4.6) theater in Estes Park with them.
When good enough is not good enough.
