Just got an Integra back from service, and of course it will have firmware updated and a full reset. The control for remote is not talking to it. Is it likely that it had a static IP in composer, that I would not know about? I am not the original installer.

I see the Integra with Fing.

Enabled network control in settings.

Port number 60128.

No control of power, sources, volume.

You are probably correct. Without looking in Composer, no way to know what the IP address should be. You can try every unused IP address until you find the right one. :)

Load up Composer and Look. theres no protection with C4. If your on the local network, you can load the program up and just look at what address director is looking for.

I'm not C4. Are you thinking I can get it?

Got a hold of the original installer today, and there is some possibility I may hear back from them in a day or two. Was hoping to get it taken care of while I was on site, but it will take a trip back.

I assumed that if you were servicing a Control4 Job, that you actually did Control4.

if you have taken over the job, you might want to get their system hooked into a installer your friendly with. It should take any installer less than 5 minutes to get the info for you.

Got it. Thanks.

if you like, I can tell you how to have the client change their dealer of record to me, I can check the IP remotely then and get it to you.

They can then switch it back .

Feel free to PM me
