I would just get a phone system like Ring Central. It has call queues and makes you sound ultra professional.. Clients can still SMS and MMS your "direct" phone number as well.
We have RingCental and it has been great....keeps us from having to issue phones to all the techs (we partial reimburse instead).
They all now have a "soft phone" app with its own phone number. Separates business and professional voice mail.
