Fins, Sorry about your loss. I recently went thru the same thing here in Houston due to Harvey. I lost my NV2500 and the wife lost her Explorer. State Farm totaled out our cars very quickly and gave us the retail value for each. Don't let the adjuster due anything but total out your truck. I hate the fact that I was about year from no more truck/van payments but I would hate to be driving a constant problem/money pit more.
BTW, I had to call Ooma yesterday again to cancel (actually it was cancelled in March, so you can imagine the fun) and my buddy was listening to me and literaly said that it was harder to deal with them than it was to deal with XM, which he does at least twice a year.

The adjuster came out Saturday and totaled it just by looking at the water marks on the outside of the truck. The adjuster said he had just gotten back from Texas and was saying the drag way had been rented to park cars in and had 100,000, then the insurance companies had also rented Texas Motor Speedway and put 100,000 cars there too.
