To post a picture here, post it somewhere and get the image URL. There's imgur and any other photo posting site you may have run across. I know, though, that at least one photo posting site requires you to log in to see images on the site, so those don't work for rc's method of showing images.
So...
So I searched rc for "post an image." I didn't find any instructions for that per se, but one of the first threads in the responses has some pictures of dogs. If you click on "Quote," you can see what the poster typed in to make the pictures show up. In one case it's
