Earlier tonight while in the kitchen, I yelled “Alexa pause Dish” to try pause my hopper. Alexa replied, “Calling Dad” yelling Alexa stop repeatedly did not stop her from calling my father’s cellphone.
So a few minutes ago my wife and I were goofing at how poorly Alexa works and I couldn’t get her to call my wife’s phone. She said “no contact found”. I said “Alexa, call Mom” She responds “Calling Brent McCall”

Ask Alexa to find you a hooker. In the past, Siri use to give me a few escort services near me, which were an hours drive from my house. But not any more, or at not where I live and work. Maybe if I travel closer to the cities.

My wife does not like Alexa, she can not get her to do anything. Of course she does call her Siri.
Last week on the Tim Conway Junior [radio] show, Tim was reacting to something and he said, "SERIOUSLY, is this the way things are supposed to be?" Instantly, a woman's voice was heard off mike. Tim immediately stopped and asked "wait a minute -- how did that happen?
When he said "seriously," Siri heard it and responded with something like "I can't tell how it's supposed to be."

I refuse to yell across house at family members. Surely not going to yell a command at some little sh.t box.
