Years ago when I was painfully forced to work on Panasonic digital phone systems, each and every call in to support was 3 hours minimum, and the techs on the line were the biggest a-holes I have ever encountered in this industry.

Lesson to be learned: complain and publicly shame the company; get VIP concierge hotline number. Noted. What happens when that queue is bogged down then due to others doing the same thing ;-)

Having the same OVRC problem to with one router. Having multiple tries to update firmware on a AP that will not take. I would like replacements. I have had a few IP outlets fail. One shows no issue on OVRC, unless you try to get into it.
I may be schizophrenic, but at least I have each other.

Lol guys.

FWIW, to be clear I do like snap tech support. I think they do a very good job and they do care to get things straightened out when they need to. Was just getting through to them was the issue.

If you purchase Panasonic from Capitol Sales, you get Capitol's tech support. Great bunch of folks.

Except capitol does not fix panasonic projectors. No advanced replacements like Epson. Why do you think I put these into all my corporate accounts.
