Does anyone still remember how to program RadioRa or have the documentation for it? I need to copy some programming from the phantom buttons on the RA-RS232 to the keypads in the wall. For some reason all keypads have lost their programming.

Just Ra. And the link above goes to a page that lists a bunch of pdf that are only titles RadioRa. I found that earlier but didn’t want to have to download them all to find the instructions that I need

Well, I’m back on site this morning and the keypads won’t go into programming mode. I’ve pressed and held the 1st and 5tih buttons for about 10 seconds and nothing.

Any ideas? I hate calling Lutron

Call Lutron support.

If any of your parts are bad, I may have a line on some classic Ra parts for you if you want to get it working without tearing out the whole project.

You can factory reset a keypad and see if it reanimates.

Is it Ra? We sold Ra for 15 years, and really had no problems. I have never had keypads not go into programming mode. If one didn't I would think it was bad. My guess is that it's wireless homeworks from back in the day and actually not Ra. Do you have a model number of the keypad that doesn't work?

Now that I think about it, if the keypads won't go into programming mode, I'd look at the main repeater or Chronos or whatever the master is.

I thought the keypads were master controllers. There is an RA-rs232, but I thought Ra could work with just switches and keypads also.
