Client really wants to know when someone uses a gate entry code into his property. Worst case we just use a standalone keyless system. It needs to be waterproof (also right on the beach!). Hoping to find a WiFi, ZWave, Etc. that can notify him OR he can let people in or assign codes. I've been looking all over the web but can't find out if they're actually waterproof or not. I'll be making some calls tomorrow but hoping to find some leads where to look , etc. here.....

I've not been involved in any installs, but the company I work for has installed systems like that via Honeywell (for apartment complexes, larger places). Also, maybe you'll want to ask any local places that have systems like that installed about the products they're using. There are a lot of condos/rentals where I live and sometimes we have to get them to give us temporary codes for the work we're doing. Ask the local places what they're using. If this is a residence you're talking about, Door King entry equipment has software that lets you see who uses what codes at what times. I assume that most security systems would let you assign multiple access codes and change them at any time...as far as being waterproof goes, you can make it that way if needed via various sealants you can get at your local hardware store.
