I'm trying to study some manuals to get ready for an important install tomorrow and cannot get any tabs to open from the main dropdown tabs. Keep getting "DokuWiki Setup Error"

Just me?

Cool thank you. Pretty much anything to do with Alexa and TC.

It still has some kind of problem as of 11PM. No more error but now it let's you log in (you can see you're logged in and everything) but when you click on a link from the drop downs like "Integration Guides" for ex. It just takes you back to the login screen and says to enable cookies which I did and it didn't help.

You may want to register with their new site urcportal.com since Control Room is migrating there in whole, eventually. Also, URCportal is only place to find 2.0 software.

And welcome to our forum, where we give you snarky replies knowing that you may be an end user with no access to the posted link.

If you are a URC dealer or buy from distribution, talk to your URC Sales Rep or the distributor you purchase URC from, and they can get you set up with a Control Room login code.  Otherwise if you are and end user, you won't be able to access this info.  Sorry.

(and sorry to call you out Tuck, I've done this myself in the past too, but I'm trying to be better than that)

No offense taken.

It was not written to be snarky at all. I simply gave him direction on where it was. If it was an end user ( I admit I didnt think of that at the time), it doesnt matter, they couldnt access it anyway as it requires a password. If its a dealer and he attempted to access it, he would have realized he needed a password and hopefully have enough sense to know he would need to contact his rep. If he (or she, hell or "it" lol) was an end user and attempted to access, he would realize he was barking up the wrong tree.

I appreciate your efforts on wanting to be a better person. Ive given up on my attempts at it lol.
