I have a customer that I am going to set up his network but he wants 24/7 help desk support which I do not offer. I would like to know if there are companies that can work with me to provide the 24/7 help desk and I provide the on-site IT Services.

Not too helpful, but I thought there was a company featured in CEPro last year that did that. Colorado? Julie??

I don't know if/how these folks handle like serious mission-critical network issues but the folks in our channel are:

Axius
OneVision
Bluewavetec - IT services, exhibiting at CEDIA, first I'd heard of them, but they haven't returned my emails.
Access Networks (with Cenersys) - definitely big network support

All at CEDIA
