The tripplite ones have worked flawlessly for us.. both the db9 to usb and rj45 to usb

the unit i mentioned works perfectly with win10. lutron, urc, crestron, binary switches, network console ports, etc. NEVER had an issue.

we also used them exclusively for Directv receiver control for years.

And I couldn't get them to work with URC on two different Win 10 laptops

Yup. Keyspan. It's like the only one Honeywell recommends to interface with any of their panels.
