Hunter Douglas is not good. Way too many problems.

Lutron licenses Silhouettes from HD. They call them horizontal sheers.

We did these with a Crestron system. Programming was fairly easy except for setting the down and closed position. Each shade has a different percentage for this setting and it ranged from what I remember 70%-90% closed in windows of the exact same size. Your only feedback is the percentage closed (down and open) the shades were. Also had issues with the Hunter Douglas controller keeping communication with the Crestron Processor.

Finally the motors are LOUD to the point where you don't want to use the shades as you can't hear the TV when on at a comfortable level. I believe this is an issue with all Hunter Douglas motors unless they have corrected it in the past couple years.
You can't fix stupid

Nope, still pretty loud based on the ones I saw the other day. Can't believe people find that acceptable.

I've listened to electric projection screens that were quieter than them.

Decline the c4 integration and they can stick with the HD app.

Last i checked the driver was kind of a joke, no v2 shades proxy and you only have access to them by programming them onto a custom button or keypad press. The hub is also a bitch to keep on line with c4. If someone knows more I'm all ears...Speaking of which they are way too loud.

OR replace with some real shades like Lutron and bring it into C4.
