I have had similar problems and I am fed up with Netflicks. Its the terrible internet service in my case Spectrum, Frontier was no better. I`ve talk to techs it appears to me they have ego issues; out of the (3) techs I talk with neither agree. The last guy said he knew exactly what the issue was and he will fix it, right no such luck the problem still exist an its mainly the 2nd floor TV that freezes up. Its been a month since I talk to the last tech just lately 35days later I`ve noticed an improvement maybe they`ve added something new to there network. Call your internet server and tell them what is going on perhaps you`ll get the problem solved if you havn`t already
I see from your profile that you have a couple of problems. Start a thread! You might get help here, as people are usually willing to share.
