Hi,
I just installed a IR Extender RFX 6000. It's working fine exept for the Harman Kardon AVR500. The RFX light flash but the AVR doesn't respond.
Does anyone have experimented this problem with Harman Kardon receiver?
Thanks

If the H/K has an ir jack on the back use this instead of the flasher, this will usually give better performance. Also check to see if the remote will operate the H/K in ir mode first.

HK IR is strong. Move the flasher farther away, (about an inch or two is usually enough), or program the IR from further back during programming.

Thanks for the advice. Yes, the IR work. It's only with the RFX. I will try with the jack.
