Back when Sunbrite was its own real company they packaged a crappy dust cover with TV... had to pay extra to get the good one. Don't know what they do now, we dropped Sunbrite when SNap AV got involved.

Did you sell any before the ownership change. did you move to a different product for a reason other than ownership. I just don't understand business decisions like this.
Jack Rainey - Full disclosure...reformed integrator, now mid-Atlantic manufacturers rep for: Integra, Paradigm, Anthem, Parasound, Atlona, LG TV's and Metra Home Theater...among others

Please let us know those part numbers. Our current premium cover material is the same material we've been using since before I started in 2007 and the only complaints we've had with it were a few bad workmanship issues back in 2010. We made changes based on the feedback and have had no complaints on them since then, so if you all are having issues with the premium covers, let me know so I can source new material or make changes.

The free dust covers that were in the TV boxes was a different material and we no longer use those except as I said before, for people who have that older specific model and want the same dust cover again.

Of course! Can you PM me with your company info and we'll get that out. I do apologize for the delay on getting the parts sent to you.

We sold a few Sunbrite units before the ownership changed, which we procured through a local distributor.

When the Sunbrite went mail order we picked up Seura through another local distributor.

On high dollar items like outdoor TVs we'll definitely support our local distributors who we can deal with in person and get much better service than dealing with a mail order distribution outlet.
I came into this game for the action, the excitement. Go anywhere, travel light, get in, get out, wherever there's AV trouble, a man alone.

I guess we should cut off our connection as a direct dealer for Yamaha, Elan, paradigm, etc since they are all mail order outfits.

True Mario. Exactly like the latest "Resist" movement. All about resisting for the sake of just resisting, out of stupidity.
