I have a customer who is on his third cover in two summers. The things dry rot and fall apart. Anyone else experience this?

Direct sunlight will destroy pretty much anything given enough time. I would maybe spend the extra $$ and have something custom made using the proper material (which you think Sunbrite would have had the common sense to use). Something akin to the covers they build for spare tires, satellite dishes, pool/hot tub covers, etc.

The replacement I just put on today looks like the same fuzzy crap that the other two were made out of. When I touched the old one, the fuzz crumbled and went everywhere

Have one made of Sunbrella marine fabric. If they can afford outdoor tv and new cover every year they can get a real one made

Hi! I'm the product manager for SunBriteTV at SnapAV.

With the release of the new 4K Signature line, we moved to only offering the premium dust covers for the TVs.

If you contact [email protected], they can help you find the part number for your customer's model.

Any questions, please let me know!

The premium dust covers are all the covers listed on www.SnapAV.com. The material is similar to a car cover and is highly tested here in the states.

The www.SunBriteTV.com website does have some of the older type dust covers for customers who want that exact fit for the older Signature units.

Post 6.

I agree, the sunbrite ones were (and maybe still are) a joke. I had a few that only lasted one Vegas summer.

I recently ordered the deck post mount. It was missing hardware and the hole plug. I called about this a couple weeks ago and they said they would ship a hardware pack and never did. I bought the hardware I needed to finish the install but am still lacking the hole plug. Can you assist?

I just bought an SB-DC421 cover for a pro series, cover seemed decent. Guess time will tell.

Back when Sunbrite was its own real company they packaged a crappy dust cover with TV... had to pay extra to get the good one. Don't know what they do now, we dropped Sunbrite when SNap AV got involved.
I came into this game for the action, the excitement. Go anywhere, travel light, get in, get out, wherever there's AV trouble, a man alone.

I use these guys for outdoor tv covers.

Great people to work with, they do offer trade/dealer pricing and their product is top notch.
