Samsung discontinued theirs. Sony, don't see one. LG - please, no. Vizio - lol.

What is the deal? Sometimes 60" is the perfect fit.

my guess is harvesting optimization; manufacturers try and best use the panels produced, and 60" has too high a was factor. LG commercial no longer supplies, and Sharp is out of that size, too.

I'm Not an engineer, but I play one on TV.
My handle is Tweety but I have nothing to do with the organization of similar name. I just had a really big head as a child so folks called me tweety bird.

And 1080p. Would you do a 1080p for a client in the main tv watching room?

The Sony KD60X690E is a 4K TV. Not 1080p.

On my price list under 1080p models. Maybe next price list will get it correct?

So, have you Sony guys put some of these in? It looks a little lower end than I would normally put in a clients main viewing area. What is your take on this TV? It is the only 60 inch with a brand name out there.

my take would be if you want it to fit, this is the ONLY 60 out. otherwise we can go down to a 55 or reconfigure the cabinet/space to accommodate the 65
I love supporting product that supports me!

yeah, but everyone has a 49. the loss of the 60 is bad as there is a large 10" gap. 55-65

With frame size reductions, most folks can fit a 65 in the space of their old 60-62.

If you need 60, the 60UH8500 is really nice. Dont ignore it just because its LG. its no OLED, but looks darn good
