It's already hooked up. Here's a pic of the setup. The router is in the left box, the Arlo bridge is in the right one

I put a lutron homeworks widget in a box in arizona in 2007. Its still working. Client uses it to open his front gate via visor remotes. The install looks a lot like yours...except lizards live inside the boxes.

Wow, nice camping setup! I'm not sure I'd want to mow it though!

That's what imgrants are for. There's a crew that shows up on Tuesdays and now about all the properties along that stretch of the river. They probably make $1500 in a couple hours. They knock that acre off in about 20 minutes.

I've stuck Sonos and networking gear in those same Cantex PVC boxes and never had an issue, but did some inexpensive mods for airflow.

I drill holes in the bottom and then attach window screen over the holes with silicone.

On the side I cut a 1-gang size hole near the top and cover it with a Datacomm recessed low voltage plate with the hood on the outside and facing down to keep water out.

Another little piece of window screen between the Datacomm plate and PVC box keeps the bugs out.

Here's a photo so you can see what I'm talking about.  This Connect Amp has been running in that box for over 7 years now:

I have done similar with HDMI extenders, Crestron gateways and RMCs.
Typically, I will cut two single gang holes in the bottom of the box and put rings with single gang decora brush plates on them. I back that with screen to keep critters out.
I am a trained professional..... Do not attempt this stunt at home.
