I don't mean things like "I'm looking for a good honest person who will work hard." What skills do you want them to have? And what are they worth to you?
I know this applies mostly to business owners who employ others, but I'd appreciate input from anyone.

I only hire guys and gals that are passionate about audio. We can teach them how we do things but passion can't be trained. I pay my guys a salary of at least $1000 a week. I want my employees to do great work in fear of losing their high paying, low stress job. If you pay peanuts, you'll get monkeys...
