Just wanted to pass along what a pleasure it has been to work with Blackwire Designs and their staff on JAP deployments. We are working on our 3rd system and these guys get customer service like our company does! As a bonus, the JAP hardware works as advertised and has been bulletproof so far. Hat's off to them!
