QN65Q7CAM 7 Series
QN65Q8CAM 8 Series

The Samsung website highlights the back finish as only difference. Makes no sense to me for $1,000.

What am I missing? (besides training class - feel free to flame away).

I agree and appreciate the feedback, but the customer wants the QLED.

Did you explain why OLED is better? I have a couple in my service dept that are un-repairable if you would like them.

Does your customer think the Q led is O led? Because that's what Samsung marketing department wants him to think.

I was going to say that it was a metal a back and 20 more watts on the audio.

Its done for an architectural aspect for the easel and special mount meant to showcase the panels case.

That's all..... if it was savage I would have left it
