In my house I have Russound amp's line level audio out going over 25-pair to a shed's Crown CDI1000. Distance is about 150'. I use CLEANBOX and still have a hum. Few of the 25 pair's wires are used for Russound's RNET comm with keypad, few others are alarm's keypad comms. I haven't tried to see if additional grounding between both ends would help, although I'm pretty sure that cleanbox already bonds both sides.
I'm not sure if I can do anything about. Has anyone use audio to ethernet adapter to get analog to digital conversion on head-end side and back to analog on the remote amp's side?

Mario,
Just as a reality check, make sure that the signal is clean before entering the CLEANBOX. (You could have some sort of ground loop at the source end of the link.)

Put the cleanbox with the Russound and send the signal balanced using 3 conductors. Or is it already being done that way?
