I've been using it for several years now, and it has been very helpful. Luckily I live in a small town and through the CXI program I was introduced to the right people here.

We are at the point I can send Comcast an e-mail and they will set the client account up (I do lots of new services) without ever calling an 800#. From there I can have the guys pick up the gear from the office. Or set up a Comcast appointment. A tech calls me directly when they are headed that way.

I used to push for a minimum of Comcast services, now I am happy when the client gets everything from Comcast.
When good enough is not good enough.

10 or so years ago i was in a similar program with Cox when I was in Kansas.
Best thing we ever did when it comes to content providers.

I've been talking to my boss about signing up with Comcast.
It seems like a no brainer to me.

It works and it works well.
Initial setup takes a while, but once you have the account #, it's great.

CXI will not contact the client with anything other than appointment reminders, that's part of the benefit. Everything should go through you. I generally get responses to my new service requests within a couple business days.
